These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of The FASHION CLOSET and the purchase of products from (“we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing the Platform, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms and all policies referenced here, including our Return & Refund Policy.?

You confirm that you are legally capable of entering into a binding contract and using the Platform under applicable law. If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities carried out through your account, and you agree to notify us promptly if you suspect any unauthorized access. We may suspend or terminate accounts or restrict access if we reasonably suspect fraud, misuse, abuse, or any violation of these Terms. 

All product listings, descriptions, specifications, and images on the Platform are provided for convenience, and product images are illustrative so actual colors or packaging may vary based on device display or manufacturer updates. Prices, product descriptions, promotions, and availability may change at any time without notice, except that such changes will not affect an order that has already been accepted by us. Unless stated otherwise at checkout, prices are shown in INR and taxes and shipping charges (if any) will be displayed before you confirm payment. We may also apply quantity limits for certain items or orders where required for operational, promotional, or anti-fraud reasons.

When you place an order, it is treated as an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept, reject, cancel, or limit any order at our discretion, including due to stock unavailability, pricing or listing errors, address verification issues, or suspected fraudulent activity, and an order is considered accepted only when we confirm shipment/dispatch or otherwise confirm acceptance (as applicable). If we cancel an order after you have paid, we will process a refund in line with our Return & Refund Policy. 

Payments may be processed via third-party payment service providers and may include methods such as UPI, cards, net-banking, wallets, or Cash on Delivery (if available). Refunds (where approved) are generally processed back to the original payment method, in line with common payment/aggregator practices and requirements, unless a different method is permitted and agreed as per applicable rules. Payment processing, reversals, and timing can be affected by banks and payment partners, and timelines may vary based on their processing cycles and compliance requirements. ?

Shipping timelines displayed on the Platform are estimates and may vary due to courier operations, weather, strikes, service disruptions, address issues, or other events beyond our control. You are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery details, and if a delivery fails due to incorrect details or unavailability at the time of delivery, re-shipping charges or other handling costs may apply as described at checkout or in our policies. Risk and title in products are handled as per applicable law and practical delivery terms stated for your order.

REFUND IS NOT AVAILABLE ONLY REPLACEMENT IS AVAILABLE

Returns, replacements, and cancellations are governed by our Return & Refund Policy. Eligibility conditions (such as unused condition, original packaging, tags, and proof of purchase) and exclusions (such as hygiene-sensitive, perishable, customized, or final-sale items) will be set out in that policy and/or on relevant product pages. Where a refund is approved, it will be processed according to the policy and applicable payment rules, and processing times may depend on banks and payment partners. 

You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms, and you must not attempt to interfere with the Platform’s security or functionality, introduce malware, scrape or extract data without permission, or post/upload content that is unlawful, misleading, defamatory, or infringes third-party rights. All content on the Platform, including text, graphics, logos, designs, and software, is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by intellectual property laws; you may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from Platform content without prior written permission except as allowed by law. The Platform may contain links to third-party services (including payment providers and courier partners), and your use of those services is governed by their terms and policies; we are not responsible for third-party content or services. 

We may update these Terms from time to time by posting an updated version on the Platform and continued use of the Platform after changes become effective will constitute acceptance of the updated Terms.
